Initial DIscussion

Contact us to set up an initial phone consultation to discuss your case. This is to ensure we can assist with your specific case. There is no charge for the initial consultation about your case.

Case Contract

Once we agree to work on your case, we will agree to a timeline and sign a contract to complete work. A fee schedule is available at this point.

Consultation

Case consultations will vary greatly from a full review of materials (scene photographs, videos, police and laboratory reports) to examining (or re-examination) items of physical evidence.

To conclude the case, a report will be created outlining the conclusions and submitted to you. Each report is always peer reviewed by another qualified Laber, Simser & Thomas Forensic Consulting, LLC analyst before the report is released to you.

All cases have a report written and case conferencing to conclude the consultation. Additional training and trial preparation can be provided as needed.
